Hanson Bridgett Expands Los Angeles Presence and Practice with Addition of Partner, Alex Grigorians

May 5, 2022 (San Francisco, CA) - Hanson Bridgett LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm serving all of California and beyond, is pleased to announce that Alex Grigorians has joined as a Partner in the Los Angeles office. Alex joins the firm's Real Estate practice, bringing with him a wealth of experience in real estate and real estate finance transactions. He provides counsel to local, national, and international real estate clients on commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing in all asset classes. Alex's expertise also includes mortgage lending, portfolio financing, as well as receivership and distressed real estate transactions.

Alex is a member of several professional organizations including the Standing Committee of the California Bar Association, Financial Institution’s Committee and the Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Real Estate Committee. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Armenian Bar Association. Alex also serves on the board of the Los Angeles Real Estate & Construction Industries (LARE) Council and is a founding member of City of Hope's “Building Hope” initiative. In addition, Alex handles pro bono adoption matters for Alliance for Children’s Rights.
