Hanson Bridgett Recognized as a Best Place to Work

May 6, 2022 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm serving all of California and beyond, has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area for the eighth year. The award is presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The firm ranked 9th in the large companies category.

The companies in Hanson Bridgett's category (200-499 employees) that made the 2022 Best Places to Work list were ranked highest by their employees on values like solid compensation and benefits offerings, management practices, fun, collaborative culture, and other defining characteristics.

"Our firm's culture is a true differentiator for us in the marketplace," said Kristina Lawson , Hanson Bridgett's Managing Partner. "Our core values – Respect, Integrity, Collaboration and Caring – are integral to who we are as a firm and fuel our strategic decisions. They have formed the fabric of our unique and successful firm for more than 60 years."

Rankings for the Bay Area Best Places to Work award were determined by surveys that went directly to employees who answered a series of confidential questions. The survey was administered online by the employers and through a service provided by Quantum Workplace, San Francisco Business Times' research partner.

The San Francisco Business Times recognized honorees at a virtual event on May 6, 2022.
