Hanson Bridgett Elevates Maggie Ziemianek to Partner

June 1, 2022 (San Francisco, CA) Hanson Bridgett LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm serving all of California and beyond, is pleased to announce that Maggie Ziemianek has been elected to the partnership. Ziemianek joined the firm in 2021 as Counsel in the firm's Litigation Section and was previously at Kasowitz Benson and Torres LLP for more than a decade.

Ziemianek focuses her practice on complex business litigation, including intra-corporate disputes, contracts, business torts, insurance coverage, antitrust, and fraud. Her clients include individual entrepreneurs, closely-held corporations, national and international corporations. She is experienced in prosecuting and defending civil actions through trial and arbitration, and counseling corporate clients on contract negotiations and related matters. Though her practice is focused in California, she has litigated cases across the country. Ziemianek has received several accolades over the years including Super Lawyers Rising Star and Top Women Attorneys in California.
