Recurrent Ventures Acquires Dwell

September 19, 2022 (San Francisco, CA) – A deal team from Hanson Bridgett LLP recently represented long-time client Dwell, a premium home design magazine turned-digital media brand, in its acquisition by Recurrent Ventures.  The venture equity-backed digital media company owns over 25 brands, including Bob Vila, Business of Home, Domino, Popular Science, Saveur, and many others.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Hanson Bridgett team was led by partners Mike Gorback and Raffi Zerounian and lead associate Walt Binswanger.
