Environmental/Land Use Litigation Associate (1-3 years of experience)
San Francisco

Our Environmental/Land Use Practice Group is seeking candidates with 1-3 years of environmental and land use litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have litigation experience involving the major environmental statues including CERCLA, RCRA, CEQA, and the CWA. Knowledge of state planning and zoning law, urban refill, CLARA, and brownfields development is desirable.

Hanson Bridgett LLP is seeking a corporate associate with 1-3 years of law firm experience for its fast-growing transactional practice. Experience with entity formation, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions is preferred. Part-Time Land Use Attorney (20 hours/week)
San Francisco

Our Real Estate + Environment Section seeks a non-litigation land use attorney for our entitlements-oriented land use practice in San Francisco. 6+ years of experience required (including 3 years of experience with San Francisco matters), much of which involves representation of developers/property owners in obtaining permits to build/alter property in the City of San Francisco. Experience in condominium law helpful, as well as experience in basic real estate transactional work.

Construction Litigation Associate (2-4 years of experience)
Downtown Los Angeles

We have an opening for an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience, including: drafting discovery, drafting and opposing motions, case management skills, deposition experience, trial preparation and court appearances. Ideal candidates will have a general working knowledge of claims regarding design errors and omissions, construction defects, and delay and impact. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
