Employee Benefits Associate (1-3 years of experience)
Los Angeles or San Francisco

The Employee Benefits Practice Group has an immediate opening for an associate with 1-3 years of relevant employee benefits experience. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated interest and/or prior work experience in employee benefits, including all areas of retirement benefits, health and welfare, payroll tax and fringe benefit issues, and executive and equity compensation.

Trademark Associate (2-5 years of experience)
Los Angeles or San Francisco

Our IP Practice Group has an opening for an associate in Los Angeles or San Francisco with 2-5 years of trademark experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with trademark prosecution (domestic and international), clearance, counseling, enforcement, and litigation experience in federal court and before the TTAB. Copyright and other intellectual-property experience is a plus. While the position focuses on trademark (and to a lesser degree copyright) matters, the attorney will also have opportunities to work on other intellectual-property matters.
