Current Openings:

Litigation Associate (4-6 years of experience)
San Francisco 

The Litigation Section is currently seeking a mid-level litigation associate. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-6 years of commercial and/or insurance recovery litigation experience (drafting discovery, drafting and opposing motions, case management skills, deposition experience, trial preparation, court appearances). Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Health Care Transactional Associate (1-3 years of experience)
San Francisco 

Our Health Care Section has an opening for a transactional associate in the San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of transactional experience, preferably with a health law background or direct health care or senior care experience. However, exceptional candidates with a general business background will be considered so long as they demonstrate a strong desire to work with hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home and community-based services such as hospice and home health agencies, and other health/senior care industry providers on a wide range of business, license, regulatory, and operational issues.

Labor & Employment Associate (3-6 years of experience)
San Francisco

Hanson Bridgett has an opening in its Labor & Employment Section for a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of employment and traditional labor law experience. Employment litigation, advice and counsel, and traditional labor law experience are preferred. We will also consider experienced, well-credentialed litigation candidates who have a strong interest in labor and employment.

Employee Benefits Associate (1-3 years of experience)
San Francisco

The Employee Benefits Practice Group has an immediate opening for an associate with 1-3 years of relevant employee benefits experience. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated interest and/or prior work experience in employee benefits, including all areas of retirement benefits, health and welfare, payroll tax and fringe benefit issues, and executive and equity compensation. LL.M. in tax or employee benefits is a plus.

Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills are required.
