Dot is a partner in the Labor and Employment section at Hanson Bridgett, where she has worked for 15 years. She helps employers resolve disputes and manages risk on a daily basis. A large part of her practice is handling litigation so she represents employers in disputed matters, whether it be labor or grievance arbitrations and class actions for her clients.
