Intro
Alexander is an associate in our Real Estate & Environment Section. He helps clients with real property transactions and land use agreements, focusing on environmental issues pertinent to mining and mitigation banking. His experience includes drafting and negotiating complex agreements between government agencies and private entities.
During law school, he externed at the Department of Toxic Substances Control, working on projects dealing with toxic waste management, and CEQA mitigation.
