
Intro
Andrew advises and represents clients on matters concerning tax, securities, and ERISA aspects of executive and equity compensation. His practice focuses on qualified small business stock (QSBS) and related section 1202 issues, tax compliance, tax planning, equity compensation plans, health care plans, and retirement plans.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew advised clients across a broad range of industries on tax matters related to U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and divestitures, as well as post-transaction structuring and integration. He also has experience conducting due diligence in areas such as state and local tax, international tax, employment tax, executive compensation, and employee benefits.
