Annu is an experienced employment litigator and advisor representing employers across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, agriculture, transportation, and other regulated sectors. She partners closely with clients to navigate complex workplace disputes and compliance challenges, bringing a practical, strategic, and solutions oriented approach to every matter.
Annu defends employers in individual, class, and representative actions in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. She has significant experience handling wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment related disputes. In addition to litigation, Annu regularly advises employers on day to day employment law issues, including employee terminations, workplace policies and practices, arbitration agreements, and risk mitigation strategies designed to prevent disputes before they arise.
