Intro
Kaylen is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group, serving clients in a variety of matters, including business and commercial disputes, product liability and other tort and injury claims, real estate, public entity litigation, among others. He also assists clients in responding to subpoenas and other related inquiries, and provides advice with respect to their internal policies and procedures. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Admissions and Courts
Product manufacturer. Represented a product manufacturer in a commercial contract dispute involving international parties and accounts. Client was awarded full damages plus attorneys' fees and costs following court trial.
Property owners. Represented San Francisco property owners in a property damage case involving unpermitted upgrades and remodeling work performed in a neighboring restaurant’s kitchen. The case settled to clients' satisfaction during jury trial.
Property owners. Defended property owners in a real estate contract dispute. Clients achieved a full defense verdict, plus an award of attorneys' fees and costs following court trial.
Property owners. Defended property owners in a dispute with a neighbor involving prescriptive easement, trespass, and nuisance, resulting in a favorable jury verdict.
Engineering firm. Represented an engineering firm in complex Millennium Tower litigation.
Technology licensor. Represented a licensor of memory card technology in a contract dispute with a foreign licensee.
Dental insurer. Defended large dental insurer in member termination actions. Obtained favorable summary judgment rulings, which eviscerated the bulk of plaintiffs’ substantive claims.
Investment dispute. Represented manager of investment entities in complex litigation involving EB-5 foreign investments.
Software company. Represented software as a service (“SaaS”) company in fraud, breach of implied contract, and false advertising claim.
Rideshare company. Currently representing rideshare company in several high-value intentional tort and personal injury actions.
