Intro

Leajé’s practice encompasses landlord-tenant issues, independently advising and representing property owners, landlords, and tenants in unlawful detainer actions and judgment enforcement.

Leajé manages a diverse docket of active civil matters and handles all stages of litigation, from factual investigation and early case evaluation through pretrial motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Her motion practice encompasses anti-SLAPP motions, demurrers, ex parte applications, and discovery motions. She oversees complex written discovery, coordinates document production, and drafts pleadings, exhibit lists, and trial briefs.
