During law school, he served as a student attorney in the Howard University School of Law Fair Housing Clinic. In addition, he clerked for the Honorable Deah B. Warren of the Douglas County Superior Court, assisting the Douglas County Government in criminal matters, and working as a legal staff assistant supporting prosecutors in trial preparation, discovery, and diversion programs.
