Robert "Bob" is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate disputes. He excels in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, and represents clients in a broad spectrum of matters including quiet title actions, easement disputes, partition proceedings, lease disputes, eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases, and disputes arising from purchase and sale agreements.
After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law, Bob was awarded a full government scholarship to complete a Master's degree in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law at Xiamen University School of Law, one of China's most historic and prestigious legal institutions.
