Intro
Robert "Bob" focuses his practice on real estate and environmental litigation. As a trial attorney who excels in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, he practices in both state and federal court, with an emphasis on complex, high-profile, and politically significant matters.
Throughout his legal career, he has represented Fortune 100 clients and others in an array of matters, including land use, business fraud, unfair competition, contractual disputes, product liability, employment issues, construction disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and disputes related to professional sports venues.
After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law, Bob spent two years in China earning a Master of Chinese Civil and Commercial Law degree on a full scholarship at Xiamen University School of Law, one of the oldest and most distinguished law schools in China.
