Intro

Robert "Bob"  is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate disputes. He excels in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, and represents clients in a broad spectrum of matters including quiet title actions, easement disputes, partition proceedings, lease disputes, eminent domain and inverse condemnation cases, and disputes arising from purchase and sale agreements.

After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law, Bob was awarded a full government scholarship to complete a Master's degree in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law at Xiamen University School of Law, one of China's most historic and prestigious legal institutions.

Counsel to a consortium of property owners in a complex partition dispute concerning a commercial asset valued in excess of $20 million.

Defended seller of large residential property development against multi-million dollar claims alleging fraud and breach of purchase and sale agreement.  

Successfully represented a residential assisted living provider in a quiet title action through trial, securing clear title.

Advised numerous Bay Area commercial landlords in lease disputes, delivering strategic outcomes in both litigation and negotiated settlements.

Secured a public easement for a community association through a quiet title action, ensuring long-term recreational access.
