Sam collaborates with developers, builders, and property owners on a broad range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate developments throughout California. His practice includes preparing and managing Department of Real Estate filings, subdivision documents, homeowner association formation documents, and other materials related to the creation of common interest developments.
Sam has experience working on a variety of project types, including planned developments, condominiums, high-rise developments, master-planned communities, and mixed-use projects. He helps clients navigate the documentation and regulatory requirements associated with project development, with a focus on creating effective legal structures and preparing the governing documents needed to support successful project implementation and Department of Real Estate approvals.
Sam also has experience in the transactional real estate and corporate fields. As a transactional real estate attorney, Sam has represented real estate owners, operators, and investors in a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters, including advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions across asset classes. As a corporate transactional attorney, Sam has advised businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate matters, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public company SEC reporting obligations, and debt and equity financings for emerging growth companies.
