Scout Coberg

Intro

Scout is an associate in the government section. She advises public agency clients on municipal law, procurement practices, and compliance and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Scout served as a Legal Fellow with the Center for Biological Diversity, where she litigated environmental matters in federal and state court. She also clerked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency working on Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act enforcement actions.
