Susan is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of residential and commercial real estate developments. Her practice encompasses a wide array of subdivided land projects across California, including condominiums, planned developments, standard subdivisions, mixed-use projects, high-rise developments, and commercial condominiums.
With extensive experience in residential master-planned communities, planned developments, condominium developments, resort developments, golf course communities, and custom home projects, Susan knows how to navigate the ins and outs of obtaining public reports from the California Department of Real Estate, as well as securing approvals from city and county planning departments. She works closely with her clients to make sure their projects move efficiently and compliantly.
