Her practice focuses on patent litigation and licensing disputes, trade secret misappropriation, technology-related commercial matters, and software performance disputes in state and federal courts and before the ITC, although she also has experience prosecuting patents and helping clients with general civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, unfair competition, construction defect, FCRA, petition for writ of mandate, antitrust, bankruptcy, unlawful detainer, 1983 violations, defamation and false light, and various tort claims.
