Intro
Thomas M. Han is an associate in the Real Estate & Environment section. His practice focuses primarily on environmental litigation, with particular emphasis on complex water law matters arising under both California and federal law. His litigation experience includes preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and briefing motions.
Thomas also has experience in land use matters. He has conducted land use due diligence for landowners, developers, and public agency clients, including preparing and processing entitlement applications, ensuring compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Subdivision Map Act, the Housing Accountability Act, and other land use and environmental requirements.
