On May 25 and 26, the Employee Benefits Group held two fiduciary trainings for public and private plans on what's new in 2021 and what else to expect this year. Both one-hour webinars featured topics including:

• New regulatory and legislative priorities
• General fiduciary issues such as claims and appeals, vendors, data security and fraud protection, fiduciary breach litigation, and excessive fee cases
• Fiduciary investment issues such as DOL Fiduciary Rule, guidance from DOL on private equity, ESG Investing, and Proxy Voting
• Annual review process including plan document and operational compliance
