2024 Annual Labor & Employment Seminar - San Francisco

We’ll review the new employment laws for 2024, including expansions of paid sick leave and reproductive loss-related bereavement leave, and required workplace violence policies and training.  In addition, you’ll get an in-depth look at artificial intelligence (AI) issues in employment law, the NLRB’s new joint employer standard and other labor law developments, and how the Supreme Court’s affirmative action rulings could impact workplace diversity initiatives.
