Yosemite, CA
May 15 | 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM PST
Landowner Liability Protections (LLPS) afforded under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) are contingent on All Appropriate Inquiry conducted prior to acquisition. However, for contaminated properties, those protections may also be contingent on Continuing Obligations. ASTM International has developed industry standards that guide users and producers through the process. This engaging panel will offer an update on the status of relevant ASTM Standards, case studies on their successful implementation, and cautionary tales when things went sideways.
