It will consider the challenges that can arise when managing AI companies in bankruptcy, including the complexities surrounding asset valuation, and the development of the regulatory landscape. The panel will also look at the use of AI by professionals in the industry, how AI as a tool can help or hinder their work, the ethical issues that can arise in its use and its potential impact on the future of the sector and beyond. In addition to the humans, AI will be joining the panel as a guest speaker to offer its views.
