Kathryn represents policyholders exclusively and routinely works on complex litigation matters involving construction defect and directors and officers claims. She has participated in numerous trials, mediations, depositions, and settlements, preparing and arguing key briefings helping to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
In addition to her litigation experience, Kathryn advises clients on insurance coverage issues. She regularly conducts comprehensive reviews of in-place insurance programs to assess strengths and identify potential gaps. She also drafts and negotiates contracts and insurance requirements designed to maximize liability protection and risk transfer.
