Hanson Bridgett Moves into Expanded
Downtown Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES (February 14, 2025) – Hanson Bridgett LLP has moved into new, expanded space in downtown Los Angeles, nearly doubling its office footprint and reflecting the firm’s continued growth in the Southern California market.

The firm’s new Los Angeles office encompasses 15,000 square feet on the third floor of The CalEdison DTLA, a significantly larger space than the 8,180 square feet of its previous offices, with room for further expansion. Located at the corner of Fifth Street and Grand Avenue, The CalEdison is a historic Art Deco building that was once the headquarters of Southern California Edison Company.

“Our move to The CalEdison marks Hanson Bridgett’s notable growth since opening in L.A. just 10 years ago,” Los Angeles Market Leader Raffi V. Zerounian said. “Our enhanced meeting spaces will enable increased on-site collaboration with our clients, colleagues, and community nonprofits that we support.”

Hanson Bridgett has already begun utilizing its Los Angeles office to host firm and client gatherings, including its annual Labor and Employment Seminar on January 14 – highlighting the latest labor and employment law developments. The firm has plans to continue to use the new space for a variety of collaborative events with clients, community partners, and industry leaders, fostering meaningful discussions, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing.

Up next, the firm intends to celebrate its 10th anniversary since initially launching its Los Angeles office to commemorate a decade of growth and success in the market.
