Hanson Bridgett Widely Recognized as Best Place to Work in 2023

October 16, 2023 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP has been named Best Place to Work by four separate journals published by The Business Journals – the media platform that publishes business news from a local, regional, and national perspective throughout the country. The firm ranked as a top workplace in the Los Angeles Business Journal, the Sacramento Business Journal, the San Francisco Business Times, and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

The rankings build on the firm's legacy of providing a rewarding environment for its people and prioritizing an inclusive and diverse culture. 2023 is a milestone year for the firm, having ranked No. 13 out of the 25 large companies (200-499 employees) included for the Bay Area list and appearing in two Best Place to Work lists for the first time: The Los Angeles Business Journal ranked Hanson Bridgett No. 14 out of the 52 large companies included (250 or more employees) and the Sacramento Business Journal listed the firm's Sacramento office within its Best Places to Work for small companies (25-49 employees).  

Part of the survey methodologies used involves the Journals partnering with different companies like Quantum Workplace and Best Companies Group. They conduct an assessment in which employees are sent a confidential questionnaire inquiring what works and what does not work in their respective workplaces. Additional information and factors are evaluated, including in-depth analyses of a company’s benefits, policies, and practices.
