Intro
Alexa is the daughter of two small business owners. This intimate understanding of what it takes to successfully run a business with employees is what led her to practicing labor and employment law. Alexa exclusively represents employers in single Plaintiff FEHA discrimination claims and wage-and-hour violations in both state and federal court. She has also developed a practice in workplace investigations for both private corporations and public entities. Additionally, she provides advice and counsel to employers as well as legal compliance tools, including employee handbooks and employee classification guidelines.
