Amanda practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, defending both large corporations and small businesses in lawsuits, agency claims, and arbitrations. Her practice includes discrimination and harassment litigation, EEOC/DFEH/DLSE agency defense litigation, and advice and counsel on policy and procedure development, employee discharge and discipline, and wage and hour compliance.

Amanda's practice is solution oriented. She enjoys working with clients to learn about all aspects of an issue so that she can help her clients manage and understand risk while achieving practical solutions efficiently.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as an associate at a major labor and employment law firm. During law school, Amanda competed actively as a member of Emory Law's mock trial team and currently serves as Lincoln High School's mock trial attorney coach.
