Deidré has a dynamic and diversified health care practice that includes representation of health care facilities, long-term care providers, and senior care and housing communities. She has expertise in federal and state fraud and abuse laws, regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medi-Cal certification, licensure, hospital/foundation and physician/group contracting, FMV analysis, Medicare and Medi-Cal reimbursement, HIPAA compliance, corporate governance, and business structuring. A substantial part of her practice involves advising hospitals and medical foundations on a variety of operational issues, including Medicare and Medi-Cal certification, reorganizations, licensure requirements, and hospital/physician contracting. Other parts of her practice cover representing the long-term care and senior housing industry, concentrating on new facility developments, corporate structuring, real estate, regulatory compliance, licensing, contract drafting, and business matters.

Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Deidré gained considerable health care legal experience while working in the law and regulatory affairs department of one of the nation's largest providers of health care benefits.
