Intro

Dylan focuses his practice on claims and litigation, including construction defects and delays, design errors and omissions, defaults, terminations, and professional licensing requirements. Dylan has experience on projects of all sizes from small-scale residential to large-scale heavy civil and has previously handled disputes involving commercial general liability and professional liability policies, as well as surety coverage and rights.

Secured a multi-million dollar win for one of the nation’s top ranked contractors while defeating defendant’s million dollar plus claim arising out of a joint venture dispute following the successful construction of a $250MM+ hotel and casino project in Sacramento.

Successful representation of general contractor in construction defects and delay dispute arising out of a $50MM+ luxury hotel project in San Francisco.

Represented general contractor in the negotiation and administration of the contracts for the Midfield Satellite Concourse project, the first all-new terminal construction at the Los Angeles International Airport since the 1960's, which will house 22 new aircraft gates.
