Harry has a broad-based corporate practice across the entertainment, media, technology and hospitality industries. In addition to servicing clients with lifecycle transactions, such as formations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and debt/equity financings, he specializes as an outside general counsel to rapid growth companies. Harry excels at providing practical, strategic advice that balances risk mitigation with a growth-focused mindset.
Harry is passionate about serving in his community, including leadership roles with Bet Tzedek Legal Services, the Anti-Defamation League, and the Harvard College Fund Class Committee.
