Intro
Robert represents public entities in a variety of contexts. He has experience representing public entities through all states of litigation pertaining to a variety of subject matters, including enforcement of local law and public infrastructure projects. Robert has provided public entities advice on and litigated construction claims both during and after the construction of public infrastructure.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert was an associate at a firm representing public entities. During law school, he externed for the Honorable James J. Di Cesare in the Superior Court of California and served as Editor-in-Chief of the UC Irvine Law Review.
