Robia focuses her practice on residential and commercial land use, environmental compliance, and municipal law. She represents landowners, developers and public agency clients in land use matters and has experience conducting land use due diligence, preparing and processing entitlement applications, and ensuring compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Robia regularly appears before local governmental decision-making bodies, including Planning Commissions, City Councils, and Boards of Supervisors in connection with obtaining land use approvals.

Robia has experience providing legal advice and counsel on a broad range of planning and municipal law issues, including those arising under the Planning and Zoning Law, Subdivision Map Act, Public Records Act, and the Ralph M. Brown Act.
