Intro

Samantha focuses her practice on litigation in both private business and public agency disputes, including class actions and multi-party litigation. As an associate in our Corporate and Risk Management section, Samantha is well-versed in assisting at all stages of litigation from demand through appeal. Samantha is experienced with the California Government Claims Act and the unique array of defenses it provides to public agencies. 

While in law school, Samantha served as the Secretary, and later, President of the Women’s Caucus. She participated in the Prisoner’s Civil Rights Mediation Clinic, assisting in the resolution of various civil rights claims brought by incarcerated individuals throughout California. Samantha was also an active member of the Moot Court Honors Board, winning awards for both brief writing and oral argument during her time as a competitor.
