Intro
Samantha Botros represents employers in claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour violations. She routinely advises employers on employment law compliance issues, including hiring, employee classifications, leaves of absences, performance management, grievances and terminations, furloughs, and COVID-19. Additionally, she has developed and delivered training and compliance tools on employment topics such as harassment prevention, personnel policies, and handbooks.
