On August 18, 2011, the National Labor Relations Board’s Acting General Counsel released a report detailing the outcome of investigations into 14 cases involving the use of social media and employers’ social and general media policies.
On January 25th, 2012, NLRB Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon released a second report describing social media cases reviewed by his office.
