Jennifer Martinez Speaking on Affirmative Action Panel Hosted by California Lawyers Foundation

California Lawyers Foundation (CLF) will be hosting a panel discussion regarding the continuing impacts of the U.S. Supreme Court decision that was issued last year addressing the legality of race-conscious affirmative action in college admissions programs, Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. (SFFA) v. President & Fellows of Harvard College (Harvard) and SFFA v. University of North Carolina (UNC).
