Intro

Kendall is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment section. She focuses her practice on defending employers in litigation, as well as advising clients on all areas of employment compliance and data privacy matters related to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Kendall has experience defending clients against various employment claims, including allegations of wage and hour violations (both class actions and single plaintiff matters), Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Kendall has also defended businesses against accessibility lawsuits under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Kendall is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) and is experienced in conducting impartial workplace investigations.

Kendall has appeared before federal and state courts throughout California as well as state agencies including the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
