Jennifer Martinez Selected as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion by Corporate Counsel
August 25, 2023 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to announce that Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) Jennifer Martinez has been selected by Corporate Counsel as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion as part of their Women, Influence and Power in Law (WIPL) Awards. She was only one of seven women recognized nationally in the Law Firm Awards category.

Prior to becoming Hanson Bridgett's CDEIO in 2021, Martinez was a full-time partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Section. As CDEIO, she provides strategic, programmatic, and operational leadership for initiatives that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion as core values of the firm. Martinez works with firm management, practice group leadership, and firm committees to advance such initiatives and leverage best practices and resources across the firm to promote cultural competency and an environment of equity and inclusion.
