Intro

Abigail advises public entity clients on a wide range of labor and employment and public entity law matters. She works closely with cities, special districts, and other public agencies to provide practical, day to day guidance on employment policies and procedures, employee discipline, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, and compliance with applicable state and local requirements.

Abigail also guides public agencies through California Public Records Act requests, Brown Act matters, and related governance and transparency issues. Her practice includes representing clients in administrative proceedings and advising on sensitive workplace matters, including investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
