Intro

Brenda provides preventive advice and counsel to employers regarding issues like Employee Handbooks, the WARN Act, and immigration compliance in the workplace. She also defends employers in a wide range of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour (Class and PAGA) claims, and engages in Union negotiations and Union arbitrations. In addition to her labor and employment work, Brenda volunteers her time doing pro bono, mentoring law students, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
