Throughout his career he has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in connection with both private and public projects at the federal, state and local level. Representative Work

• Obtained a $2.3 million award for a heavy drilling contractor on a Motion for Summary Judgment regarding an issue of first impression before the Nevada District Court. The dispute involved a novel application of Nevada's Prompt Payment Act and its effect on an owner's obligation to timely respond to change orders.

• Worked with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program to obtain a full recovery for a homeless and elderly pro bono client where she was fraudulently induced to purchase an uninhabitable mobile home with her entire life savings.

• Prepared, on behalf of the project owner, a "cost-plus" construction contract with a guaranteed maximum price, an owner–architect design agreement and an owner–owner's representative agreement to perform a $24 million campus renovation project for a nonprofit animal foundation.
