Intro
Caitlin applies her extensive litigation skillset to represent litigants in a wide range of disputes from the early phases of litigation through appeal. With a background in insurance recovery, she also has experience representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters. Caitlin's experience includes complex discovery, depositions, mediations, jury trials, and appellate oral arguments in multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Caitlin worked at a specialized insurance coverage law firm, where she litigated complex matters on behalf of policyholders concerning coverage for construction, agriculture, and professional liability disputes.
While in law school, Caitlin clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia of the United States District Court, Southern District of California, as well as competed in various national Appellate Moot Court competitions. Caitlin remains involved in the moot court program by serving as a volunteer coach and competition judge.
