Intro
Emmanuel "Emman" Hamidi is an associate in our Business section. During law school, he worked at USC Gould School of Law's Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where he advised on fair use and drafted opinion letters used for errors and omission insurance for USC School of Cinematic Arts students, drafted and negotiated license agreements for USC Advanced Games Program students, researched legal research platforms' compliance with privacy rights, registered trademarks for local entrepreneurs, and drafted an amicus brief in the 11th Circuit advocating for virtualization technology as fair use.
He also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law Asa V. Call Law Library, where he assisted in revising his school's Legal Research course and served as a research resource for the entire faculty's nationally recognized, interdisciplinary scholarship and entire student body's research projects.
