Kaleigh represents employers in a broad range of matters, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation claims, and proceedings before the California Department of Industrial Relations. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation — from pre-litigation counseling through trial preparation — as well as proactive employment counseling to help clients reduce risk and maintain legally compliant workplaces. Kaleigh has experience managing a wide range of litigation matters, from single-plaintiff matters to complex class actions.
In her counseling work, Kaleigh advises clients on employee handbooks, workplace policies, and day-to-day employment matters including payroll, disciplinary actions, employee leave, and compliance with state and federal law.
