Krystal McKay counsels clients on a variety of federal, state, and international tax matters, including areas in tax controversy and tax-exempt entities. She has experience advising clients on the U.S. tax implications of cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and debt financings. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Krystal was affiliated with an international law firm and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge of the United States Tax Court.
