Intro
Max focuses on commercial real estate, corporate/business organization, land use, and environmental law. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating legal documents and advising clients in matters related to commercial real estate purchase/sale, leasing, and financing transactions for properties across all asset classes in California and throughout the nation.
His experience includes assisting clients throughout the commercial real estate transactional process, including property ownership and title issues, business organizational formation and maintenance, review and advice regarding land use and development-related issues, and assisting in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) administration and litigation. Max regularly assists clients in investment structuring, providing legal and strategic counsel for both lenders and borrowers. He is also experienced in regulatory licensing law and has assisted clients in obtaining Alcoholic Beverage Control and California Financing Law licenses.
Max represents a diverse range of clients in all aspects of operation and for various transactional needs. His current client sphere extends from commercial developers and holding companies to emerging growth companies, nonprofit and tax-exempt entities, and large institutional to smaller-scale private investors.
