Intro

Mike represents technology companies at all stages of growth, in addition to the venture funds and individuals that invest in technology companies. His practice encompasses corporate formation, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, employment counseling, public securities offerings, SEC reporting and corporate governance. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Mike practiced in both the transactional and securities litigation practices at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.
