Intro

Andrew advises individuals and businesses on a broad range of tax planning and compliance matters. His practice focuses on qualified small business stock (QSBS) and related section 1202 issues, executive and equity compensation arrangements, as well as strategic tax planning and transaction counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew advised clients across a broad range of industries on tax matters related to U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and divestitures, as well as post-transaction structuring and integration. He also has experience conducting due diligence in areas such as state and local tax, international tax, employment tax, executive compensation, and employee benefits.
