Intro

Kyle focuses his practice on labor and employment law. His litigation practice centers on defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Kyle also helps employers navigate various charges brought before state and federal administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Public Employment Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Civil Rights Department. In addition, Kyle conducts sensitive workplace investigations into allegations of serious employee misconduct.

Kyle’s facility with language makes him a formidable advocate in any setting. In law school, he honed his analytical skills as an extern for the United States District Court, Central District of California and the NLRB; he sharpened his technical skills as a senior editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and a tutor with Loyola’s Writing Center; and he perfected his client service skills by earning the trust of his clients in Loyola’s Immigrant Justice Clinic. Leveraging these skills, Kyle crafts compelling narratives and convincing analysis to achieve important wins for his clients.
