She counsels private companies on matters including corporate formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, and securities law matters. She also advises venture capital and private equity funds on matters related to their formation and portfolio investments. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Natalie practiced at an international law firm in Palo Alto.

Represented Wildflower Health in its $26 million Series D financing, led by TT Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors, including Providence Ventures, Health Enterprise Partners, Hatteras Venture Partners, and Echo Health Ventures.
Represented Kinly in its $20 million Series A financing, led by Forerunner Ventures and Point 72, with participation from Kevin Durant, Gabrielle Union, Marshawn Lynch, and other notable angels.
Represented Coa in its $3 million Series Seed financing, led by Crosslink Ventures, with participation from RedSea Ventures and Alpaca VC, Neil Parikh, Founder of Casper, several angel investors, and professional basketball player and mental health advocate Kevin Love.
Represented AP Ventures in its investments in Amogy, AquaHydrex, Noble Gas Systems, and others.
